The Monthly Reset brings together grounding yoga, deeply immersive sound healing, and rejuvenating contrast therapy, all held within a calm and supportive space. After your practice, enjoy refreshments designed to nourish and replenish body and mind. This extended 3.5-hour retreat invites you to step back from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and emerge feeling balanced and renewed.
