Service Description
Half an hour use of sauna & ice bath wellbeing facilities. Upon arrival, sign in at the front desk, take a timer and enjoy! If it's your first time, and need support in the ice bath, someone will be around for guidance if needed. Just ask a member of staff :)

Fire & Ice Session Policy Your health and wellbeing are your responsibility throughout the session. Please read our Liability Waiver upon booking. Fire & Ice is not suitable during pregnancy. If you have any health conditions you must consult a healthcare professional prior to booking. Read our full Liability Waiver here: https://www.polaritywellbeing.co.uk/liability-waiver Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with 12 hours' notice. Please bring your own swimwear, towel, and shoes/flip-flops for outdoor use. A shower is required before entering the ice bath. Swimwear only, no clothing or shoes are allowed in the sauna or ice baths.
