Service Description

Beginners Weight Lifting Course 📅 8th October – 12th November 🕖 Every Wednesday, 7:00–8:00pm 💰 Full course: £48 Ready to start your weight lifting journey? Our 6 week Beginners Weight Lifting Course is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and solid technique in a supportive environment. Perfect for those new to lifting or anyone wanting to refresh the basics, you’ll learn: Correct form for key lifts Safe training techniques to prevent injury How to structure your workouts Tips to build strength and progress steadily By the end of the course, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to train effectively in the gym and continue your fitness journey with proper foundations. Spaces are limited to just 5 people, so book early to secure your spot

Cancellation Policy

Sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please sign a health declaration form and liability waiver upon arrival. If you have health concerns, consult your GP before attending Polarity. Photos and videos of our venue are welcome, but be respectful of other customers. Polarity may on occasion take promotional content around the venue. Please inform a member of staff upon arrival if you do not wish to be included. No shows will be charged accordingly as per your membership policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
