Our Facilities

In our Cwmbran Wellbeing Centre, you will find our state of the art Outdoor Hot Stone Sauna and a selection of four Ice Baths among a plush outdoor area bedecked with warm lighting. We also have two indoor changing rooms and an outdoor cold shower. Inside you will find a dimly lit yoga studio with infrared heating, and private gym area with everything you need to complete your work out. As of January, you will find our brand new recovery room: featuring a 6 person infrared sauna and compression therapy corner.
