21 DAY TRIAL POLICY

All sessions must be booked in advance. We do not accept walk ins.

You must make sure you are fit and well before attending Polarity. You are required to read and sign our liability waiver and health declaration form prior to your session. https://www.polaritywellbeing.co.uk/liability-waiver?origin=wixcode

If you cannot attend your session, you must cancel or reschedule via "my bookings" on the website no later than 3 hours before your session starts. No shows will be charged a no show fee.

No show fees will be charged at the full rate of the session. If invoice is not paid within 7 days your 21 day trial will be cancelled with immediate effect and will not constitute a refund. 

​

You will get unlimited sauna, cold plunge and pressotherapy sessions to use in 21 days. These sessions can be booked online 

​

You will get 2 Yoga classes and 1 Fitness class. We will need to book these in on your behalf, please email us your chosen classes book. 

​

Unused sessions cannot be carried over or refunded.

POLARITY WELLBEING LTD reserve the right to refuse or cancel challenges if behaviour is deemed inappropriate and will not constitute a refund.

Staff at Polarity are not here to give you medical advice. Please check with your medical professional before attending any sessions at Polarity should you have any medical concerns.

POLARITY WELLBEING LTD, it's agents, employees and representatives are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or death of any individual caused when using any services provided through Polarity Wellbeing Ltd inappropriately, or by not following safety guidance.

This pass is for your personal use only, it can only be purchased once, and is not to be shared with a third party.
