Cancellation Policy

Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with 12 hours notice. 24 hrs for groups of 4 or more. For members, late cancellations (less than 6hrs) and no shows will be charged a £5 no show fee per occurrence For late cancellations, please notify POLARITY on 07720633346 / polaritywellbeing@gmail.com to avoid unnecessary no show fees. Your health and wellbeing are your responsibility throughout the session. This session is not suitable during pregnancy. If you have any health conditions you must consult a healthcare professional prior to booking. Read our full Liability Waiver here: https://www.polaritywellbeing.co.uk/liability-waiver Please bring your own swimwear, towel, and shoes/flip-flops if using outdoor facilities. For infrared sauna please arrive freshly showered or use our outdoor shower provided. A shower is required before entering ice baths Swimwear only, no clothing or shoes are allowed in saunas or ice baths.
