Service Description
Our 6-week Yoga Basics course is the perfect introduction to yoga for complete beginners or anyone looking to rebuild confidence and refresh their foundation. Across six progressive sessions, you’ll learn the essential building blocks of a safe, enjoyable, and effective yoga practice, no previous experience needed. Each week, we explore a new aspect of yoga, including foundational postures, breathing techniques, mindful movement, alignment, and simple relaxation practices. You’ll discover how to adapt poses for your body, move at your own pace, and build confidence to join any yoga class feeling comfortable and capable. Classes are kept small so you receive personal guidance, hands-on support, and plenty of time to ask questions. By the end of the course, you’ll understand how to link breath with movement, support your body in key poses, and develop a practice you can continue in group classes or at home. Whether you’re starting from scratch or returning after time away, this course will give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make yoga a meaningful part of your life.

Cancellation Policy
Sessions are non refundable however, should you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 4 hours before the class start time. For no shows, members will be charged £3 per occurrence For late cancellations, please notify POLARITY on 07720633346 / polaritywellbeing@gmail.com and NOT the instructor, to avoid unnecessary no show fees. Please allow plenty of time to find parking before your session. Directions sent upon booking will include alternative nearby parking details. Please check the same email for this information, and consider these options if the main parking area is full. All yoga equipment is provided. No phones, distractions or personal belongings permitted in the studio. Please just bring yourselves to maximise space. You can leave your things on the racks / lockers provided or leave valuables in your car • No shoes in the studio • Please arrive on time.
