Drift into relaxation with our Floating Soundbath, where sound and water unite for ultimate serenity. General Information for the Floating Soundbath Attire: We reccommed you wear swimwear as it is likely you will get wet. You will be given towels and and eye mask on arrival. The water and air temperature will be heated. Safety: Your safety is our priority. Two to three staff members are present in the pool at all times, and a certified lifeguard is on duty to ensure a secure and relaxing experience. For Beginners: If this is your first soundbath experience, we recommend attending a stationary soundbath session at our ywellbeing centre first. Floating soundbaths can be a more intense experience, and prior familiarity with soundbath techniques can help you feel more grounded. The added element of floating on water may induce profound relaxation and even out of body sensations. While staff are present to maintain safety, participants are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during the session. Sessions are non refundable and non transferable, so please carefully review the suitability guidelines below before completing your payment. This experience is NOT suitable for: Individuals with epilepsy. Pregnant individuals. Those with severe motion sickness or vertigo. People with unmanaged anxiety disorders or a history of panic attacks, as the immersive nature of the session may be overwhelming. Individuals with open wounds or contagious skin conditions. Non swimmers who are uncomfortable in or around water, even with staff supervision. Anyone under influence of alcohol or drugs. If you are uncertain about whether this experience is suitable for you, please consult with a healthcare professional before booking. If you develop any of the above symptoms/contraindications after you have purchased your ticket, you will not be eligible for a refund however, you may gift the ticket to someone else, providing they meet the booking requirements.
