Membership Policy Please Read Carefully
Polarity Wellbeing Membership Policy

All sessions must be booked in advance. We do not accept walk ins.
​
You must make sure you are fit and well before attending Polarity. You are required to read and sign our liability waiver and health declaration form prior to your session.
​
If you cannot attend your session, you must cancel or reschedule via "my bookings" on the website no later than 3 hours before your session starts. Anything later than that will be marked as a no show.
No shows will be charged at full price per occurrence and will be invoiced automatically. If invoice is not paid within 7 days your membership or plan will be cancelled with immediate effect and will not constitute a refund.

Memberships are tied in for a minimum of 3 months. After 3 months, 30 days written notice of cancellation must be given, in all circumstances.
POLARITY WELLBEING LTD reserve the right to refuse or cancel memberships or plans if behaviour is deemed inappropriate and will not constitute a refund.
​Unused sessions cannot be refunded or carried over to a new month.

Staff at Polarity are not here to give you medical advice. Please check with your medical professional before attending any sessions at Polarity should you have any medical concerns.

POLARITY WELLBEING LTD, it's agents, employees and representatives are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or death of any individual caused when using any services provided through Polarity Wellbeing Ltd.

Memberships are for your personal use only, and not to be shared with a third party. If you would like to purchase sessions for someone else, please purchase a gift voucher.
