Service Description
Following the recent wildfires across South Wales, we wanted to show our appreciation by providing a dedicated space for firefighters to recover, reset and recharge. What's Included During your daily designated one-hour session you'll have access to: ❄️ Four cold water immersion (ice) baths 🔥 Four-person outdoor tradiitonal sauna ♨️ Four-person indoor infrared sauna 🦵 Compression boots (subject to availability) 💪 Private gym 🧘 Yoga class (where scheduled and spaces are available) Our team will be on hand throughout the session to help you make the most of the facilities. A valid South Wales Fire & Rescue Service ID must be presented on arrival, no ID, no entry. Thank you for your dedication, professionalism and unwavering commitment to keeping our communities safe. Cancellation Policy
Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. No shows will be charged a £5 no show fee For late cancellations, please notify POLARITY on 07720633346 / polaritywellbeing@gmail.com to avoid unnecessary no show fees. Your health and wellbeing are your responsibility throughout the session. If you have any health conditions you must consult a healthcare professional prior to booking.
