Service Description

Our Yoga & Polarity Package includes a 45/60 minute Yoga session followed by a half an hour Fire & Ice session. Saturdays 9:30am: Yoga for Strength with Ethan (Medium-High Intensity)

Cancellation Policy

Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with 12 hours' notice. For members, late cancellations and no shows will be charged a £8 per occurrence For late cancellations, please notify POLARITY on 07720633346 / polaritywellbeing@gmail.com and NOT the instructor, to avoid unnecessary no show fees. Your health and wellbeing are your responsibility throughout the session. Please inform the teacher of any injuries before the class starts. Please arrive on time. We cannot guarantee entry for late arrivals. Directions to the venue can be found on your booking confirmation email.
