Cancellation Policy

Sessions are non refundable however, should you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 4 hours before the class start time. For no shows, members will be charged £3 per occurrence For late cancellations, please notify POLARITY on 07720633346 / polaritywellbeing@gmail.com and NOT the instructor, to avoid unnecessary no show fees. Please allow plenty of time to find parking before your session. Directions sent upon booking will include alternative nearby parking details. Please check the same email for this information, and consider these options if the main parking area is full. All yoga equipment is provided. No phones, distractions or personal belongings permitted in the studio. Please just bring yourselves to maximise space. You can leave your things on the racks / lockers provided or leave valuables in your car
