Outdoor Contrast Hire: Peak times

Service Description
Our outdoor space is available to hire for instructors, wellbeing professionals and small groups who need a calm, private space to run their sessions. We have 4 state of the art cold plunges with cooling systems. The outdoor hot stone sauna sits up to 6 people. We also have an outdoor shower and comfortable seating area. Hire Pricing for professionals running sessions for a group Off-peak (Monday to Thursday, 9am–4pm): £38 Peak times (Friday to Sunday and evenings after 4pm, ): £48 Additional time available on request. Hire price for members of the public, wanting a private sessions with no other guests/members present Off-peak (Monday to Thursday, 9am–4pm): £38 + £5 supplement per additional person up to groups of 6 Peak times (Friday to Sunday and evenings after 4pm, ): £48 +£8 supplement per additional person up to groups of 6 Additional time available on request.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Failure to provide notice will result in a no-show fee of £10. Each booking provides exclusive use of the yoga studio for the agreed session time, which includes set-up and pack-down. If you require additional time, please let us know. The outdoor sauna is suitable for up to 6 people. In favourable weather, larger groups of 8-12 is possible. All equipment provided must be returned to its original state and wiped down after use. The booking party is responsible for any damage caused during their session. Swimwear only is permitted in sauna and ice baths and no shoes are allowed in the sauna. Showers must be taken before using the cold plunges. Attendants are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during the session. Personal Trainers, Instructors, or other professionals hiring the space must have their own Public Liability Insurance. Professionals using our space must credit Polarity Wellbeing Centre in all content used for advertising, social media, marketing, and promotional materials. Failure to provide credit may result in legal action.
