Service Description
Join Beth for energising Rocket Yoga designed to empower you to explore inversions and arm balances in a supportive and playful environment. Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and uplifting practice that blends strength, flexibility, and breathwork to help you build confidence in postures you might have thought were out of reach. Beth will guide you step by step through accessible progressions, offering variations for all levels. Whether you’re completely new to a powerful flow, or looking to deepen your practice, this class will give you the tools to develop body awareness, balance, and courage both on and off the mat.

Cancellation Policy
What to Know • All yoga equipment is provided. • No phones, distractions or personal belongings permitted in the studio(s). Please just bring yourselves to maximise space. You can leave your things on the racks / lockers provided or leave valuables in your car • No shoes in the studio • Please arrive on time. We cannot guarantee entry for late participants • Please read and sign our liability waiver before attending: https://www.polaritywellbeing.co.uk/liability-waiver Cancellations and Refunds • Refunds will only be issued if your session is cancelled by Polarity • Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 3 hours before the class start time. • You can reschedule your class up to a maximum of 3 times. After this, your class will be cancelled and offered to someone else and will not constitute a refund. • Members will be charged the full rate of the class for no shows. Parking Information • During office hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM), parking in the estate can be busy. • Please allow plenty of time to find parking before your session. Directions sent upon booking will include alternative nearby parking details. Please check the same email for this information, and consider these options if the main parking area is full.
