Service Description

A deeply immersive and meditative experience where participants are bathed in the therapeutic sounds and vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant tools. The vibrations help quiet the mind, release tension, and promote a state of deep relaxation. Many people describe the experience as grounding, restorative, and even transformative, as the sound frequencies encourage the body and mind to move into balance. During a session, you’ll lie down comfortably with eyes closed while the sound practitioner plays the instruments in a flowing sequence.
