A deeply immersive and meditative experience
Service Description
A deeply immersive and meditative experience where participants are bathed in the therapeutic sounds and vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant tools. The vibrations help quiet the mind, release tension, and promote a state of deep relaxation. Many people describe the experience as grounding, restorative, and even transformative, as the sound frequencies encourage the body and mind to move into balance. During a session, you’ll lie down comfortably with eyes closed while the sound practitioner plays the instruments in a flowing sequence. The result is a meditative journey that can reduce stress, enhance clarity, and leave you feeling renewed and reconnected.

Cancellation Policy
Equipment provided, bring an extra pillow and blanket if you need one. Please arrive on time and keep voices at a minimum, no shoes permitted in the studio. Sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please sign a health declaration form and liability waiver upon arrival. If you have health concerns, consult your GP before attending Polarity. No shows will be charged accordingly as per your membership policy. - Due to an increase in no shows from members, any spaces left available for this session will be released 48 hours prior to avoid no shows.
