Service Description

Our yoga studio is available to hire for instructors, wellbeing professionals and small groups who need a calm, fully equipped space to run their sessions. The studio comfortably fits up to 12 students and features infrared heating, creating the ideal environment for Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Meditation and other wellbeing classes. Hire Pricing (per hour, including set-up and pack-down time): Off-peak (Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm): £18 Peak times (6am–9am or 4pm–10pm): £28 Additional time: £2.50 per 15 minutes The studio includes top of the range equipment such as mats, blocks, bricks, bolsters, blankets, weighted blankets, eye pillows, straps and more at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Failure to provide notice will result in a no-show fee of £10. Each booking provides exclusive use of the yoga studio for the agreed session time, which includes set-up and pack-down. If you require additional time, please let us know. Additional time is charged at £2.50 per 15 minutes. If no extra time is added, the studio must be packed away and ready for the next user as soon as your session ends, and students must be ready to exit the building. The studio is suitable for up to 12 students. All equipment provided (mats, blocks, bolsters, etc.) must be returned to its original position and wiped down after use. The booking party is responsible for any damage caused during their session and no shoes are permitted inside the studio space. Attendants are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during the session. Personal Trainers, Instructors, or other professionals hiring the space must have their own Public Liability Insurance. Please note that while we maintain a quiet environment, we cannot guarantee complete silence in the studio, as the centre is a shared space with people coming and going. If your class or service requires a particularly silent environment, please contact us prior to booking so we can arrange a suitable quiet time slot. Professionals using our space must credit Polarity Wellbeing Centre in all content used for advertising, social media, marketing, and promotional materials. Failure to provide credit may result in legal action.
