Service Description

Flow & Glow Retreat 2 hours • £28 or £18 for Members • 8 spaces A warming, energising, and restorative journey for both body and mind. Begin with a guided gentle yoga flow to awaken your muscles and open your breath. After yoga, participants are split into two small groups: Group 1: 30 minutes in the infrared sauna Group 2: 30 minutes fire & ice session outside (traditional sauna & cold dip) Groups then swap, completing the cycle so everyone experiences both modalities. This two hour retreat offers the perfect blend of movement, heat, and contrast therapy leaving you restored, energised, and glowing from the inside out.
